A hell of a fish! Love the John Dory. Very tricky to catch in fact. This one was caught fishing off the top of Rakino Island. Usually only caught with live bait, this one attempted to eat a small snapper as we reeled it in. Very good eating, often said to taste like butter, we usually bake them in foil and eat them whole.
